# Ground Turkey and Kale

# Ingredients

  • onion, diced
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 3-4 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • ~2 handfuls of kale, chopped
  • 3 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • Salt and pepper to taste

# Directions

  1. In a large pan, sauté onion and garlic on medium-high until onion is translucent
  2. Add mushrooms and a splash of water and cook on medium for several minutes
  3. Add turkey and cook at medium-high heat until no longer pink
  4. Add coconut aminos, kale and season with salt and pepper
  5. Stir in tahini and cook for a short amount longer
