Ground Turkey and Kale
Ingredients
- onion, diced
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 3-4 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 lb ground turkey
- ~2 handfuls of kale, chopped
- 3 tbsp coconut aminos
- 3 tbsp tahini
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large pan, sauté onion and garlic on medium-high until onion is translucent
- Add mushrooms and a splash of water and cook on medium for several minutes
- Add turkey and cook at medium-high heat until no longer pink
- Add coconut aminos, kale and season with salt and pepper
- Stir in tahini and cook for a short amount longer
