# Sausage Gravy
~4 servings
# Ingredients
- 1 lb pork Breakfast Sausage
- 1 tablespoon Salted Butter or bacon fat
cup All-purpose Flour- 2
cups Whole Milk - salt and pepper to taste
# Directions
- Cook sausage on medium-high heat until no longer pink. DO NOT DRAIN
- Add butter, wait for it to melt
- Stir in flour and cook for 2 minutes
- Add milk little-by-little, stirring constantly
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer until thick and bubbly
- Season with salt and pepper
