# Pancakes

# Ingredients

  • 1 cups of milk
  • 1 cups of flour
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp. butter (melted)
  • 4 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Cinnamon to taste *optional

# Directions

  1. Whisk together the eggs and the sugar
  2. Add the salt
  3. Add the melted butter (this should be cooled down to room temp so to not cook the eggs)
  4. Mix the baking powder into the flour (option to also add cinnamon)
  5. Alternate between adding milk and flour to the mixture 6.The consistency should be not too liquid but not thick
