# Overnight Oats

Creates 2 servings. Toppings can be changed as pleased. This recipe is intended to be used as a base.

# Ingredients

  • 1 cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 cup milk (any milk/milk substitute will work)
  • -1 banana

Optional toppings:

  • Cinnamon
  • Granola
  • Peanut Butter
  • Hemp Seeds

# Directions

  1. In a container add oats
  2. Cut banana into slices and to container
  3. Add milk to container
  4. Leave container in fridge for at least 6 hours, can be left in fridge for up to 5 days if in an airtight container
  5. Add toppings of your choosing
