# Overnight Oats
Creates 2 servings. Toppings can be changed as pleased. This recipe is intended to be used as a base.
# Ingredients
- 1 cup Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 cup milk (any milk/milk substitute will work)
-1 banana
Optional toppings:
- Cinnamon
- Granola
- Peanut Butter
- Hemp Seeds
# Directions
- In a container add oats
- Cut banana into slices and to container
- Add milk to container
- Leave container in fridge for at least 6 hours, can be left in fridge for up to 5 days if in an airtight container
- Add toppings of your choosing
