# Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
cup brown sugar cup soy sauce- 1 tbsp gochujang paste
cup green onions, sliced- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- sesame seeds, for garnish
# Directions
- Brown beef in a large skillet. Drain any excess fat
- Add garlic and ginger. Cook until flagrant
- Add sesame oil, brown sugar, soy sauce, and gochujang paste. Stir and bring to a simmer
- Add half of green onions
- Remove from heat. Searve with carrot, cucumber, and sesame seeds.
