# Korean Beef

Goes best with rice

# Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • cup brown sugar
  • cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp gochujang paste
  • cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • sesame seeds, for garnish

# Directions

  1. Brown beef in a large skillet. Drain any excess fat
  2. Add garlic and ginger. Cook until flagrant
  3. Add sesame oil, brown sugar, soy sauce, and gochujang paste. Stir and bring to a simmer
  4. Add half of green onions
  5. Remove from heat. Searve with carrot, cucumber, and sesame seeds.
