Chicken with Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts
- 1 punnet of white mushroom
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Cooking oil of choice
- cup Heavy whipping cream or coconut cream
- White wine
Directions
- Cut chicken into cubes and season with salt/pepper
- Fry chicken in oil until lightly golden but not crispy
- Separately sauté mushrooms with oil, salt, and pepper until the oil is almost entirely evaporated
- Add the garlic and sauté
- Add a splash of white wine
- Add the chicken
- Finish off with the cream
