# Chicken with Mushrooms

# Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 punnet of white mushroom
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil of choice
  • cup Heavy whipping cream or coconut cream
  • White wine

# Directions

  1. Cut chicken into cubes and season with salt/pepper
  2. Fry chicken in oil until lightly golden but not crispy
  3. Separately sauté mushrooms with oil, salt, and pepper until the oil is almost entirely evaporated
  4. Add the garlic and sauté
  5. Add a splash of white wine
  6. Add the chicken
  7. Finish off with the cream
