# Chicken Tikka Masala

# Ingredients

  • 1 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs, cut into large pieces
  • cup Greek Yogurt
  • Garlic minced - 4 cloves for marinade, 5 cloves for sauce
  • Ginger minced - 2 tsp for marinade, 2 tsp for sauce
  • Turmeric - tsp for marinade, 1 tsp for sauce
  • Cayenne - tsp for marinade, tsp for sauce
  • Paprika - tsp for marinade, 1 tsp for sauce
  • Salt - 1 tsp for marinade, 1-2 tsp for sauce
  • Garam Masala - 1 tsp for marinade, 2 tsp for sauce, 1 tsp to finish
  • Ground Cumin - tsp for sauce, 1 tsp for sauce
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 14 oz Canned Tomatoes
  • 1 Carrot chopped
  • 4 oz Half and Half
  • Cilantro

# Directions

  1. Marinate chicken with specified ingredients and the yogurt. If possible, let marinate for 1+ hours
  2. In the instant-pot, Add the specified sauce ingredients as well as the Onion, Canned Tomatoes, and the Carrot.
  3. Add the chicken with the marinade to the pot
  4. Cook at high pressure for 10 min and quick release the pressure
  5. Remove the chicken and brown in air-fryer or broil in oven
  6. Meanwhile, Blend all ingredients left in pot with a hand blender
  7. Add the half-and-half and stir well
  8. Stir in the remaining garam masala and add the chicken back in
  9. Serve with cilantro on top if desired
