# Ingredients
cup extra-virgin Olive Oil cup Rice Vinegar- 2 large carrots, peeled and roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1
tsp toasted sesame oil tsp salt, add more if necessary
# Directions
- Add all ingredients into blender and blend until desired consistency. If too sour, add more honey.
- Store in refrigerator for 1-2 weeks
