# Black Bean Burgers

Makes ~6 burgers depending on how big you make them.

  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • - 1 cup Yellow Peppers finely chopped
  • 1 cup finely chopped Yellow Onion
  • 3 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • tsp Garlic Powder
  • tsp Paprika
  • cup Bread Crumbs or oat flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

# Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Spread beans evenly onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes until slightly dried out

Mash with a fork or pulse the mixture, leaving some larger chunks of beans

  4. To bake: Place patties on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake at 375°F (191°C) for 10 minutes on each side, 20 minutes total. To grill: Slap on grill until good
  5. Serve with choice of toppings
